House and home

A house has a roof with four walls and a door. But inside my door is love and hate and things that make my family great. A house can be normal or big and bold, but a home is where my stories are told. Rooms filled with laughter, food and memories too and that is the place where you can be you. Hanging the Christmas lights on the tree That’s what home means to me. I love my home yes; I do and the thought of not having one makes me blue. A house doesn’t have memories or food or a tree. or someone to tuck you in when you sleep. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity for making these homes possible, they are so important. We need more people like you.
