Home
Homes and houses have a big difference. Houses are just buildings with walls and floors. Homes are places where you can make good memories, feel loved and safe, and have tons of other positive feelings. This is going to be about what home means to me.
Home is a place you feel loved. If you’re in a loving environment, your loved ones will always support you, in your highs and lows. Your loved ones will motivate you until you accomplish anything. If you have a loving home, you will feel happy.
Home is a place with good memories or a place where you can make new good memories. If you make good memories, they’ll last forever. If you made good memories in your home and miss your home if you move, it may be sad, but it’s good. It means you had a nice home full of great memories.
Finally, home is a place of safety and comfort. If you feel unsafe, it can affect your mental health, so feeling safe is positive and healthy for you. Safety connects to love because if you have a safe and loving home, your loved ones will always make you feel safe.
That’s what home means to me. It means safety, love, and good memories. I’m glad Habitat for Humanity can make others feel safe and loved, too. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for helping people in need get homes.
