More Than Just Walls

A house is made of bricks and wood. It has walls, a roof and rooms. But a home is made of love and memories. A house is where you live, but a home is where you belong. It's where you wake up to smell the fresh breakfast in the morning. Where laughing fills the room. Where you have a pillow fight every night, and play “The Floor is Lava” every day. A home is not just a place to live, it’s a feeling. A house can be empty for many years, but a home is never empty, even when nobody’s inside. The walls hold the memories, the floor remembers the footsteps of love, and the room tells the stories of people who lived there, Love keeps the home warm. It takes a few months to build a house, but it takes a lifetime to build a home. A house is a building. A home is a loved place for a family.
