Gug learns the meaning of home

100 years ago a cave stood on the bottom of a mountain. In the cave was a family of cave people. The family had thousands of people. But one stood out, Gug! He was different than everyone else, but he didn’t know why, it was a feeling he had and could not shake. Gug was in the cave when he heard a noise he looked outside and saw a meteor in the sky heading straight for the cave. He woke everyone up with a loud scream, WAKE UP IT'S COMING FOR US! Everyone was safe. but the cave was smashed! Some friendly dinosaurs came and said your cave is smashed, I wish we could help. But I am going hunting with my family, Gug thought about what the dinosaur said. Gug thought maybe home is not a cave it is spending time with the cave people you love and care about. So Gug said go get your shovels guys, everyone came back with a shovel even baby GG! One of the baby cavemen Gug said dig into the meteor. It was a long time but it was worth it because it was time with his family. It was done they had a new cave for the night, Gug and his family held a feast for the whole town. The moral of the story is family is not just the people you live with, it's the people you love. Home is not just walls around you it’s the feeling you have with people around you. Gug is not related to all the other cave people but they are still his family. I know everyone has a little Gug in them!
