It’s Okay Not to Be Okay

Is a house a home? Is a home a house? Maybe it’s both. Maybe it’s an apartment, maybe it’s a condo, maybe it’s your safe place, maybe it’s a place where you feel loved. When I think of a taste in my home I think of homemade, cold, yummy, Popsicles! A home feels like a warm soft blanket wrapping around me on a freezing cold night. Or of my family saying “I Love You” makes me feel loved. I see my dogs barking, yelping, and eating food. I smell warm, scrumptious, cheesy, TACOS on a cold snowy night. Some people don’t have a home. Thanks to Habitat For Humanity another person has a home now. A home not just a place with walls and a roof, It’s the memories, the love, and the people.
