A Home
I think everyone should have a home. Because they need shelter to protect them from the weather, more space, and it provides a sense of belonging.Without a home people face unnecessary challenges in all of these categories.
Having a home provides shelter and warmth from Canada's harsh weather. I remember when I was about five years old I was walking home from seven-eleven, it was very hot and when I got home I turned on my fan and played video games. When it's cold you can turn on a heater or the furnace and relax. And if it's windy your home won't fly away in the breeze. That is why a house is important to have so it can keep you safe from the weather.
Having a home also provides more space for you and your family. Right now I have six people living in my house. I have space for my aunt, my dad’s friend, me, my brother, my mom, and my dad. You can have a lot of space in a home for parties and family get-togethers. There are so many reasons you need lots of space in your home.
A home also provides a sense of belonging. One time I was bullied at school, because I am short. When my mom picked me up and I got home I felt better because my family helped me. If you think you belong somewhere it is your home no matter where it is or how big or small it is. that is why if you belong somewhere i think it would be your home
That is why I think everyone should have a home. They need that shelter to protect them from the weather, more space, and a sense of belonging.without these it might be harder for someone to overcome these challenges.
