A home is not just a house

A house is probably just about expensive decorations with marble counters, but a home is different. A home is a place where memories are made and emotions are expressed. You open a door to a new house. Walking through the hallways, big wide doorways connected to different areas. Turning your head to the right seeing the kitchen. Knowing in a house food is placed on the table, but in a home food is stored in a pantry or your tummy. Seeing a grey fridge plain but new in a house but seeing a fridge in home is probably filled with magnets holding drawings. Walking more you see the living room. A Living room is where laughter is heard and remotes are grabbed to turn down the volume. Turning your head to the left seeing the stairs. You don't even want to count how many stairs are there. Going up may be tiring but once you fall going down can make that face into a frown. Once you're up you enter a bedroom. Sometimes as kids we jumped on the bed like is a trampoline but once you get tired you take a rest. You enter a bathroom where you can feel clean. You see a sink, bathtub or a shower. You turn it on and you see running water. In a house you look into a mirror that could not be you but once you look into a mirror in a home you see yourself and the real you. It doesn't matter if you have a big or small, tall or wide house. It just matters if you are you. A home is a place you live and arrive in. Overall everyone deserves a roof under their head.
