The Senses of Home

The meaning of home to me is the smell of homemade pasta and the softness of the carpet. The taste of the homemade food. The barking of my black dog when people walk in front of my home, And my cat makes annoying meows at me when I don’t feed her. Home is safe, home is comfortable, And home is not just a house, it’s a place where memories are made and shared, it means much more than just a shelter. Home is belonging, family and full of stories. It’s not just about the house, home can also be a location or other places too, and most importantly, it’s a place where you feel safe.
