Meaning of Home

The meaning of home to me is family and friends. We love spending time together. Home is where memories are made, and celebrations are celebrated. Home is nice, calm, and sounds peaceful. Home is comfortable and cozy. Home is safe, and protective and is fun. Home is a place to sleep, play, and to eat and drink. Home is having a place to live. Home is friendship and kindness. A house isn't just the place you live in or where the place is it matters who you're with. Love and peace aren’t something you can buy but it's something you can do. A house isn’t just four walls, a roof and windows. But home is love and most importantly it matters who you're with most of all. A house is a place to be you’re self and to have fun. Home is a place to be free. Home to me is being with people I love and friends. A house doesn’t have to have toys, games, tv but, it is a place with forgiveness. Thank you, Habitat, for Humanity, for kids to experience having a home.
