At home nostalgia
At home nostalgia
My home is where I took my first steps, said my first word and drew on the wall with Crayola crayon. My memories of seeing my first snowflake, leaf fall, raindrop and sunrise were at my home. It’s also where I had my first Christmas,Easter,Halloween and birthday. My home is not always clean and perfect, it always just has a bit of clutter marking that it’s my comfort place. My home has my fur babies running around all over the place. The TV was always warm from all the hours I watched Dora,Peppa Pig and the Bubble Guppies. The sounds from the radio where I heard my first country song and pop song. The smells from where I ate my first piece of solid food. And the door where I first came through to see my warm home. All of these feelings mean a lot to me. Thanks to Habitat for Humanity, more people can experience these feelings too.
