The Meaning of Home
What my home is to me in taste, I think of the delicious and splendid foods such as broccoli, Kentucky fried chicken my parents make for me. When I think about the wondrous tasty food my parents make for me I know I am blessed.
What my home is like as a smell, I would smell wonderful smells such as beautiful poinsettias, fresh fruit and the smell of wondrous baking of muffins that my parents sometimes make in the morning.
What my home sounds like to me, I hear joy, laughter and love all around me. It melts the inside of me, I am glad God gave us a sound. Sound is a blessing just like all the other senses.
What my house feels like to me, I feel love, comfort and joy inside me as my kitten cuddles on my lap and as my dog is by my feet. I feel love when I cuddle with my parents. God gave me a blessing he gave me a family who loves me.
What my house looks like to me, I see joy spreading all around as my parents get me a new toy such as a stuffed animal dog. I see a sight that may not be explained. I see love and comfort as my parents calm down my sister during a storm.
Those are the senses I think my home is to me.
