Home to Me is Where my Family is

Home to me is where my family is and where I feel safe. It doesn't matter to me where I live, it matters who I'm with. Home to me is a place where I can make lots of new memories and traditions. Home to me is where I can make lots of fun memories with my family like baking cookies with my sister, going swimming in my pool with my brothers at summer time, and having family movie nights with all my family and eating yummy snacks. Home to me is also a place where there is laughter, love and care in the air. A home to me is where my memories and traditions are. One of my favourite traditions is that every year for Christmas we put up a Christmas tree and decorate it. We also decorate everywhere else around my home. Every Christmas Eve my aunt comes to my house and we make gingerbread cookies. Another one of my favourite traditions is that every year my family and I go to my cabin a month before Halloween and there is a trunk or treat. A house is made of walls and beams but a home is made of love and dreams. A house is a place where you can sleep in a bed and watch TV but a home is a place where you make lots of memories and new traditions.
