THE MEANING OF HOME TO ME

The meaning of home to me is having a safe, loving, and cozy place. A home is a place where people feel good and loved. A home is not the same thing as a house. A house is a shelter and everything but a home is different. A home has family, warmth, support, and peace. I have a home and I know that there are a lot of people who don’t and I think that a house should be a home. A house is a roof over your head but it is not the same thing as a home. I mean you have a place to stay but it is not the same thing as a home. A home has support, togetherness, and hope! A house is very different from a home, I know that we all agree on that. A house is a very good thing, I mean it is a place that you can stay, that protects you from everything like a snowstorm or another thing but we are all missing one thing. A home is somewhere we can feel safe and warm; it's like our own haven that we can call home, it is a place that we can have laughter, we can have dreams, and a place that we can trust. A home is forever and a house is just a house that we can call a house. A house is not forever, it is just a shelter where we can be protected. I know that we can all agree that a house is different from a home, and a home is a place that we can call our community. A house is a shelter that protects us and some are just places that have a roof over your head but a home is a place where you can create a community and call it your haven. A house is a different thing than a home.
