The True Feeling of Home

A home is not a place. It is a feeling. A home is where you feel loved, not rejected. A home is where you can relax and feel accepted. At home, I don’t feel frightened. I feel loved, safe, secure, because I know I am with the people that I love. Home is where you can spend time with your friends and family. It is where you can have game nights, movie nights, sleepovers, or just peaceful evenings spent reading together. It is where true love lives Everybody deserves a home. But not everybody has a home. Everyone deserves to be loved. But not everyone has love in their life. Everyone deserves to be safe. But not everyone is safe where they are. Why should we be grateful about having a home? Because if we have a home, we’re lucky. Currently, there are approximately 150 million people worldwide who are homeless. These people are cold, hungry, and sad. They deserve to have a home. But they don’t. So how can we help? Well, there is a place called Habitat for humanity. It helps people who don’t have a home. It builds homes for people. Habitat for humanity is working hard every day to build new homes for the homeless. Even if they don’t want to, they are still helping. It is important to have a home. Because a home has love, safety, and comfort like no other place on earth. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for building homes worldwide and providing love, safety, and comfort to millions of people around the globe.
