My Comfortable Place

I wake up in the comfiest bed, it feels like I'm in between clouds it makes me feel safe. I realized the soft sweet smell of pancakes, so I launched out of my soft warm bed and rushed towards the kitchen. The smell makes my mouth water. I see my family waiting for me to arrive at the dinner table. The dinner table has a foot rest that my dog Lexi sits on and puts her head on my lap and stares at me with puppy dog eyes begging for food. I can’t help giving her some of my food but I have to make sure it’s okay for her. After I’m done eating I start to notice that it’s getting cold, so I ran back to bed and watched a movie. I asked my dad politely if he could get me popcorn and he said yes, I love him! I watched Moana 2, it was a pretty good movie. My friend came over after I got dressed and she was allowed to stay till dinner. We were so excited!
