Meaning of Home

Home, what does home mean to you? Home means different things to everybody. Home for me is memories. Home is love. Home is family. Having my family in my home makes me able to play sports that they pay for and do all my hobbies. I am incredibly grateful to have a family that loves me because there are homeless people who don’t have a family and that must be incredibly sad. Firstly, I’m going to talk about family. Family is super important to me because they are super helpful and if I didn’t have a family, I wouldn’t have a home and that would be super hard especially in Winnipeg because just yesterday it was -40 so that would be very hard to live in. that’s one of the reasons that family is super important to me. Another reason is they support me. My family is super supportive and that I would say is important for a healthy household. They pay for all my stuff that I need for sports and hobbies. Secondly is safety. Safety is super important obviously because you're supposed to feel safe in your home and sadly not everyone feels safe and that’s bad because personally if I didn’t feel safe, I wouldn’t be able to sleep or really do anything.so I would always be tired and sleep in class then get in trouble. Also, if I were not safe in my home I would always be scared if someone were to break in but that is all I would say. Lastly I would just like to say how lucky I am to have a home because a lot of people in the world don't have homes and even don't get to eat food or be able to have water that is drinkable so I am super lucky to feel safe have food and water and have a safe place to sleep and be warm in so I am forever grateful to have all of that
