Home

Home is when laughter soothes the air, home is where it is not bare, home is where we are loved and cared, home is not something everyone has. Some people don’t have family to laugh with, to love with or to be protected. Some people don’t have a roof over their head. In my home we build lots of memories. And some people are on holidays and have no one to spend time with and to be loved. My home is special to me and I think I am very lucky to have family, friends and grandparents to laugh with and love with. I am very grateful that I have a family. When I see people on the streets I feel sad for them and well happy for me. When I walk in my house I see my cats waiting there for me to cuddle with me. I'm also grateful for having quite a lot of friends to play with. I also have an xbox and a tablet. I'm happy that I have parents who let me have those responsibilities. When I walk into my home I feel I can be myself and chill out and talk to my friends. Habitat for Humanity gives homes to people in need and those people that get houses from them might not have the stuff that I have, they might not be able to afford food, electronics and maybe not a home so Habitat for Humanity helps those people in need to have a home to live in.
