A Home to me

When I walk into my home, it’s like a break; a deep breath. Home is filled with family and friends. Home is not just four walls with a roof on your head. It’s much more. When you make good food to share as a family. With all different foods to enjoy. A place full of culture and celebration. The living room, full of board games and movie nights. A place to talk and be together. Where you play with your siblings and pets. A dining room, where you enjoy the food and culture as a family. Where you have big celebrations for even bigger accomplishments. A place to relax after a long day of school or work. Bedroom, a personal place full of your belongings. A cozy, comfy and relaxing place to be. A place you study, read and sleep, Where you dream of tomorrow. The washroom, a place to clean up after a long day. Where you get dressed up for fun and important events. Where you get ready for the morning and night. The attic, where important things and memories are stored. Each thing can bring back a flood of memories. Each item makes person who and what they are today. Each room and person. Each item and feeling makes a house a home. Each and everything is important. Home is such an important thing that everyone deserves to have.
