The Meaning Of Having A Home

The meaning of having a home is to be surrounded by loved ones, a home is the place where you have your first and last memories. A home is where you wave goodbye to your parents as you move out. A home is where you take your first breath, it's where you have your first kiss, maybe that's under the moonlight or as the sun is going down, a home is what's going on inside your brain. A home is filled with love and care a home is where you have people that support you and help you grow even though they might not agree with you everyday of the week they are here to support you and help you grow A home is the place where you eat solid food and get a clean water source and it’s where you have family nights with your parents/siblings.[depending on if you have parents or siblings] for people that don't have parents or/and siblings a home is where you feel your home should be. A home is where you build friendship and communication towards your family and friends, for example if you build friendship and communication with your teammates in soccer you can time your moves wisely. A home is where you get familiar with your surroundings and friendly family faces, it’s where you start thinking about your future career. A home is where you learn how to read. A home is where you are and it doesn’t matter how it looks, you decide what your home looks like. A home is not a house, a home is where your family is, a home is where you feel you belong. A home doesn't have to be where you were born, it's what you imagine your home to look like. Ultimately the true meaning of having a home a home is to find a place you can call safe, a home is where your heart leads you to unless your heart leads to something dangerous then follow it, some people don’t have any family or houses but a home doesn’t have to come in the shape of a house but family is a big part of having a home, even then you can still have a home because the second meaning of having a house is home is a place you relax maybe that's in school, or a bus maybe even a soccer field [a soccer field is one of my favourite place on earth] a home is where your journey at life begins and you get your first look at the outside world and when you finish the final moments come just remember that it's not about the end goal but it's about the people and things you learn and meet along the way. Thank you Habitat for humanity for giving people like me a chance to give the homeless people the warmth, comfort, and shelter they deserve. [Now remember a home is not a house because a home is a place that can last forever meanwhile a house can break down by natural disasters and other things,]
