What Home Means to Me

Home means a safe place and somewhere you are loved. Home is somewhere with family and friends. Or home could also be a place that you live in. I live with my mom, dad and brother and I love them all. But, sometimes my brother can be annoying. That doesn’t make me love him any less. Home can be different things for others. But to me it is a safe place with loved ones. Sometimes home can be hard and confusing, but so is life so you just have to learn from it. That doesn’t mean you have to be perfect. At home I’m crazy and let all of my energy out daily. I have ADHD and am very hyperactive, which makes it harder to focus. My mom and brother also have ADHD, so we all can relate to each other. My dad does not, so he has to deal with our craziness. But we all work together to get stuff done around the house and share all the chores equally. That is what home means to me.
