What Home Means to Me

To me, home means a place that I’m safe from danger from all the bad people, but the main thing about home is all the people there that take care of you, that love you, that make you and them smile. If you put a roof over your head and have a family that loves you, you might think that what I just wrote is all that matters. However, you would be wrong, because a home also means a group or just one person that when you’re around them, you feel loved, happy, safe, calm and comfortable. Home is way more than this; it’s so much more that if you tried saying it all, you would probably pass out! The thing is, even if you did pass out, your friends, family and loved ones would want to see if you are okay. Now that is what home is – people that care and want to keep you safe. That’s what home means to me.
