What Home Means to Me

Home to me is when I am with my friends and my mom and dad and cats and my old dog. Home to me is like when I have my dogs with me then it is stuff they do with me. It is great getting up in the morning in a way nobody can do like I do. I like my home because it is the perfect spot for me. And I like my home when the people that I love and they things I love are there. Home is not just the things you like; it is the people that are there. Like you can have people there you don’t like, but if there are enough there that you do like, then you are truly home. Home is basically whatever you think it is. As long as there are things you like and people you like, wherever or whatever that is, that’s home. Like my mom and my dad and my cousins and hockey with my team and coach and my best friend as my goalie and my past friends and my teammates and dogs and cats and cousins. All of these, when I’m with them, I’m home.
