What Home Means to Me
Home is a place that makes me feel like, well, home! Where I feel loved or are loved. My home is anywhere that my family is, where my friends are or even animals. My home is school.
School makes me feel happy, smart, loved and welcomed. I can see my best friends and even my favourite teachers! There’s clubs, fun activities and I never get bored. This home is full of love; you an make new friends and try new things! Drama accepted me and I’m going to try for the softball team! Drama makes me feel like me. I can express my feelings and it makes me feel free!
Home means to me that wherever I’m at that they accept me and love me and support others, too! They accept what others want to be/do when they’re older and that’s exactly what school does. They help you, make you learn, and you have fun always! Home is home and no one can change it. Home is making me, me! School is home and others would disagree but me, no!
Others have their homes too. Like friends’ houses and so much more. But school has everything you need like a home. I may not be the best at subjects – but everyone is not perfect. It’s a fun place, bright and loving. The teachers/people support everyone. Home is kind, loving and they use manners. But the best part is that you’re surrounded by friends/family/people that you care about. They love you/care about you and your feelings. Their number 1 priority is to make you feel happy, loved, and welcomed. Home is home and you are you and people are people so be yourself no matter what.
