The Meaning Of Home

My Home is like a blanket that covers me with a warm feeling when I enter the room. When I come home from school I feel the warmth and sweet smell of chocolate chip cookies coming out of the oven. Home is my happy place where me and my family make loving memories together. Home is nothing like a house, a house is a building and a home is where families make lasting memories that last forever. Whenever you have a bad day you can come home to your family and feel welcome and loved. Home is a place for love and joy to fly through every room. When I moved in at first it felt unsafe but slowly over time it turned into a home with pictures of me and my family laughing and having fun together and making memories.I put all the things that make me feel safe and happy. And that's what home is to me.
