What Home Means to Me
Home is not a house; it is a safe place. At home, I can relax on the couch or in the backyard. My home is by the sea, where the birds sing, and squirrels run free. Home is the sun shining through the window on a Sunday morning. Home is a cat by the window in the sunlight, enjoying its day. Home is a place where I can feel safe and free with my family. At winter home is a warm blanket, keeping you warm and cozy. When it snows, home becomes a blanket of cold snow. Home is you sleeping in on a Saturday morning. Home is a sunset in the backyard with your family. Home is you reading your favorite book on a rainy day. Home is a place where you can be free to do whatever you want, whenever you want. Home is the smell of freshly cut flowers from your garden. Home is where everything you love is. Home is the soft fur of your cat in the evening. Home is everything you need and everything you want. Home is where your cat is, playing happily with you and sleeping with you. Home is where your family is, your mother, father, and your sister. Home is where your life will be forever. Home is not just a house, it is where your heart will be forever.
That is what home means to me!
