Home All Over the World

Home isn’t a place or a destination, it is the people that you love. My family and friends are my home, they are always there for me and always have a way to cheer me up when I’m not in a good mood. My parents my brother my dog, they are all ways there for me. My family is not just Victoria but also the family of Ottawa, Canada, Poland, and Winnipeg; I can say “home” to all of them. Home is a place where my voice is heard and actions are encouraged by my family and friends who are very supportive of me and my work. My friends and my feelings are always welcomed by my family members as they are part of my community and home. Home is a safe space and community that is always open to all of the AMAZING people who are in need of a safe place to live and thrive. We have great resources that we are very lucky to have, food, water, and shelter. Home is not a place; it’s the people who love you.
