Meaning of Home
Home is more than just a building; it's a place where I feel warm and safe. I feel loved and I feel grateful for a home. “I have a roof and a bed and a couple of groceries to stay fed. I have a phone and clean water and some shoes if I want to go farther.” I have so many things to be thankful for.
The kitchen smells of supper in the air and the sound of my dog barking. It’s my happy place to play mini sticks with my friends at my house. I'm grateful that I have a room to sleep in and play video games. I play NHL 26 with my friends, my brother and my family. I'm grateful for a home and all the things I have.
I'm thankful for my pets. I have a dog, a cat and a gecko. My dog's name is Stella, my cat's name is Oreo and my gecko's name is Lemmy. My brother's name is Wyatt. Me and Wyatt do fight a lot in our home. Home is where I play mini sticks and hockey with my friends. I feel warm and safe and loved. I play with my dog at home and my cat but my dog and cat do fight a lot but my Gecko chills most of the time. My living room is where we play board games and go on our phones, play some random games and watch YouTube. My home is where I can be myself and chill with my dog Stella. She's pretty chill around me and she follows me a lot. On the other hand, my cat hates me. He only likes my mom and brother. My gecko loves me. My mom's a little bit scared of my gecko and my brother is too. My pets are very cute. I'm very grateful that I have a home and a bed to sleep in, a roof to cover my head and I'm very grateful to have pets. I’m very lucky.
