What Home Means to Me
Home is not just walls and flooring, it's family and being grateful for what you have. Home is a place where there's food, heat and things like toys and a safe place to go to.
Home is family and family can be fun, sad and you can make memories too. Family can help you when you're in a bad place. When you're feeling sad or you're feeling sick you can just go home with your family. My mom, dad and my brother make me feel safe. My room also makes me feel safe too. My room has things in it that makes me feel happy and safe. When I'm feeling sad I can just go to my mom or my dad because they make me feel happy and safe. Some of the things in my room make me feel happy like my stuffed animals. They make me feel good. Things I have at home like food and water I am grateful for. I'm also grateful for my computer, my phone, tv and my iPad. I am grateful for my room and other things like my heated blanket. I'm grateful for my books and my family as well. If i did not have my family I would not have done my homework and stuff.
In conclusion I am grateful for all of my things and I like being around my family because they make me feel happy. If I had no family or food and water I would be sad and like not know what to do. This is what home means to me.
