The definition of home

The definition of home My home is a home because it keeps me safe, comfortable and cozy. It is a community not a building. It is to make friendships. Home is like a shield protecting you from a sword. I wake up every day to the smell of my mom’s scrambled eggs and my dad’s chia seed pudding. Home is where you feel warmth of your friends and family’s love. At home at the end of the day my brother’s enjoy playing fun games with me. When I hear scary noises, my bedroom keeps me calm. At supper/dinner I taste my mom’s food, sometimes it is curie, fish and chips or perogies and it tastes spectacular. We have interesting conversations at our dinner table. Some people don’t have food to eat and get wet when they sleep and don’t have shoes to walk in. I am here to change that. I want to keep trying to make a good home for everyone around the globe. I want to do this so everyone can have more friendship and all to be reunited. I can do this by raising money. Home is a place where I make memories. I make memories by jumping on the trampoline with my brothers. At the dinner table we light candles, it makes my home feel pleasant. I love working on my fort in my backyard making passages and rooms. My home is not just a building it is where I build hope and friendship. In my home I feel Loved and that I have a purpose and value. I skip stones on the ocean with my dad. My living room is where my mom reads stories like Harry Potter.
