I believe to make a house a home The home must be full of happiness and memories, To run down the halls and reminisce on past activities. Pictures on the walls go back generations, They depict people in all kinds of situations. Stepping outside and breathing in the fresh air, Looking up at the sky I don’t even have a care. Younger cousins so curious and merry, They’ve been playing in the sun so long their red like a cherry. To see your family smiling with glee, Because here in Canada we are strong and free. I wish everyone could have a home just like me.
