A House Vs. A Home

A house is just a structure, but a home is filled with love and joy. A house is a place with just bare walls, but a home is a place to make memories that you will remember forever. A house is a place to stay, but a home is a place for family to have fun and be happy. A house is built with wood and nails, but a home is woven with laughter and fun. A house may stay for centuries, but a home lives forever in great heart and spirit. A house has four walls and a roof, but a home is warm, alive with heart. A house can stand on any land, but a home has a special place to remember. A house might give you shelter, but a home has traditions like Christmas and Halloween. At home I celebrate many traditions like Easter and Thanksgiving. I don’t have any siblings, but I have a cousin one year younger than me. In my home, I live with my mom, dad, and my cat Bella. On Saturdays I have piano lessons, and on Sundays I have swimming lessons. I go over to my Grandma’s home every Sunday after my swimming lesson. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for building homes for people, who will create memories and have fun there!
