A Home Made Just For Me

💜 I have a special home just for me.💜 Everyone should have a home or somewhere to live. I always dreamed of a big house but I have a little house, so I do my best to pour all my love into my tiny little home. I have always tried to make my house feel cozier so it feels more like home. I add extra pillows to make my head feel comfy when I lie down. I buy little things like toys for my bathtub and decorative items for the living area that have made me happier. My mom once told me that a house turns into a home when you add a personal touch to it. Little changes can make a house more interesting and more homely. I have lovely family members. I spend special moments with my family members at home. We enjoy watching Bollywood movies and cooking together. Half of my family is from my homeland - India. A quarter of my family is from North America. It takes one day to go from North America to India. I was wondering why we live apart from each other? And I finally know the answer. It’s because in North America my parents felt I would get a better education and a good job. I’m a curious person. I always do different activities at home such as drawing, reading, playing, and watching TV. I also search for stuff in my closet like toys, art supplies and other items I can use by being creative. I’m also a very emotional person and my family makes me feel very special because they care about my feelings. I feel they love me inside and outside because I’m a good person. For me, home is more than a house or structure. For me, it is a place full of respect, care, and joy.
