A House Can Become A Home
A house is just a house. There is nothing in it, it is just empty. It is so boring, so that's why we need more homes to be built so people can have their own place to escape, explore, make memories and feel safe. Thanks Habitat for Humanity for making homes for people who don't have a home.
Moving to our new home helped my family escape the city. We moved to Prince Edward County because there were too many people in the city. So we now have a really great home. We love the quiet country and privacy we now have.
Home is a place where you can have fun in a backyard. I can play and explore in it. I love riding my ATV with my brother and we play together all the time. We have so much fun in our backyard and can also go on long walks on our 50 acre lot.
I also like to make memories in my home like when I took my first steps when I was three years old and when I lost my first tooth. Those are some of my memories that I made in my home. I love my home. It is a really great place. I have a comfy bed to sleep in. When I wake up in the morning I smell my mom making breakfast. I love her cooking. It is the best!

Thanks to Habitat for Humanity for building all of these homes so people can have a home to make memories in, feel safe in and have fun in their backyard. This is what home means to me.
