What Homes Feels Like To Me

Home is not just a place where you eat, sleep and do homework, home is where you make memories with family and friends that will stay forever. My bedroom is airy and has lots to do, so many activities I can barely choose, the comfort of my pillows and blankets can feel so good, especially after a long day of fun and hard work. My desk is where I can let my creativity shine, where I make bracelets, paint and draw, also where I study and write birthday cards for family and friends. The kitchen is a place full of warmth, and has delicious smells in the air, the food that is made with care from my mother that she makes with love, and a place where we can discuss our days. The living room is where we laugh and linger, watch movies, sports and tinker, and where we gather around with guests and greet each other with joy. The bathroom holds the reflection of you and shows your true self, and freshen up after a long day of school and playing around with friends. The basement is full of memories to share, they might be old but still that's cherishable to hold, all the things you find will give you an emotion inside, you get cozy and thrive as you hangout inside. My backyard is a place where I fly like a bird, go sledding and build snowmen in the winter with friends. In the summers, when it’s hot and when we don’t know what to do, we run outside and squirt our water guns until the water is done. A place where we plant something in the garden and wonder what it will look like and how it will taste A home is a place where I get covered from the rain and snow, get warmth when you’re cold and to grow within the comfort of my home. I believe that everyone should have a place where they can call home.
