Home: My Great Grandma’s Home

I used to live in Mississauga, Ontario but moved to St. Catherine’s, Ontario. That was a bit tough until we moved in with my great grandma. Right now we are living in our great grandma’s little farm house. Soon we will start to build a house to make tons of memories in. My home is somewhere I can reflect about my great grandpa since he passed. But sometimes I feel happy about him because we are living with his soul. When he passed, my great grandma kept his ashes. We have so many pictures of him and his life on almost all the walls in the house. I also like petting and brushing my dogs. My dogs make me feel loved. Not just my pets, I also have 3 siblings. My older sister and I like to make custom stickers together. My younger sister and I like to play with our American Girl Dolls together. And lastly, my younger brother and I like to play Lego together. The most important part of my home is that I feel like myself. I get to play outside when it's snowing, I get to say goodnight to all of my family members before bed, and most importantly, I am loved. I get to hug and kiss my family members goodnight also. This is like a once in a lifetime thing to happen to anyone. I am very lucky to live with my great grandma and make tons of memories. That's what home means to me!
