The Personality of Home
Home is a place where the family lives,
Houses are a place where no one gives.
My home is mine, mine only,
In a house, you can just end up lonely.
Homes share memories along the walls,
A house is just simply a row of walls and halls.
The homes all have their personalities,
Houses don't even have any moralities.
Homes are the priority of the family,
Houses don't; they are just another anomaly.
The homes are very resilient,
When you pass by the houses,
They can sound very very silent.
Homes through an ordeal,
When you see a house, you don't even yield.
Home is a place where families matter,
Houses are a place where there is no chitter-chatter.
Homes hold every generation,
Houses sit still, without foundation.
In homes, laughter echoes through the air,
In houses, there’s no one to care.
I hope what I’ve written makes you see
This whole poem is what home means to me.
