My Home Is Not A House
Home is where I feel safe; home is where I can just be myself. I also get to play with my things, and I have my own space. At home, I feel appreciated in the world! My home is where I feel loved and cared for. My home is filled with love, peace, memories, and kindness. My home is my shelter and where I get rest when I need it. My home is not just a house; my home is where I can feel my emotions safely, whereas a house is where I visit with friends and family. My home is mine, but a house belongs to someone else. My home is mine, and a house belongs to either my friends or my family, but it is not mine. At my home, I follow my family's rules, but at a house, I follow my friends' or relatives' rules. My home is where I can get things off my chest and solve my problems with my mom and dad.
