What Home Means to Me

Home is where you lived your childhood. There are several reasons why I like my home. In your home have a family that takes care of you. For example, they put a roof over your head, feed you delicious and healthy food, they tell you what is right and wrong to do, and they help you get important things in life. They make you feel better when you are sad, and they help you recover when you are sick. Next, you have your favorite objects in your house. You could have a stuffed animal that you sleep with every night. There could also be your favorite chair in the living room or your comfortable bed, and even a favorite blanket. There could be a lot of favorite things in a house. There could be a favorite room or an object in the house that means a ton to you. After that there could be smells, sights, noises, tasty food, and objects that can remind you of home. When I think of something I see that reminds me of home I think of the woods. When I think about something I hear that reminds me of home I think about the chirping of birds outside. When I think of something tasty that reminds me of home, I think about the delicious chocolate pancake my grandpa makes. When I think of something that smells like home, I think of my grandpa baking chocolate chip cookies that smell delicious. When I think of an object that reminds me of home, I think of my toy moose named Moosey that I got when I was 2 years old that I got in Canada. Finally, that's why home is important to me. Everyone should have a safe and lovely home.
