Welcome Home Rome

One day in Rome`s small town he decided to take charge. He woke up early and decided he wanted to walk to school by himself, so he got all ready for school with his water bottle, lunch, all the folders and books he would need for school. After he said bye he set off on his journey to school. Rome walked down his street called Crescent ST. to the intersection at Young ST. and Bayway DR. Rome should have gone down young st. but he went down Bayway DR. No one down Bayway DR. knew where his school was, he was lost. Rome was so scared but at this time Rome really thought about what makes his home so special to him, and what he would miss the most. The first thing he thought about was his bed, it was so soft, warm and relaxing, he thought about all the peaceful nights he had spent in it. Another thing he thought he would really miss was his kitchen where he would cook all kinds of food like pancakes, cookies, chicken, and lots of other delicious meals. But most of all Rome misses his family, because a family is what makes a house a home. So having thought about all of this he was just missing his home even more but then he thought he would just go back the way I came, and surely I will get back home. Rome went down Bayway Dr. and Creacent St. After all of that he found his way home. His mom and dad were worried because the school had called they were so happy. The End Thank you Habitat for Humanity for building houses so they can become homes for families across Canada.
