Meaning of Home

A home is more than a habitat for humans, it is where kindness lives the most. A home is not just that place where you eat, sleep, and live. It is also a place where you laugh, hug, and make memories. A home is where mom and dad cook delicious food for me and my brother, and where grandma and grandpa visit during the holidays. A home is not where your friend lives, or where your cousin lives, or where your doctor lives. Home is where you live. If you are not comfortable in your house, then it is not your home. If you are not happy in your house, then it is not your home. A home is important to have, because without a home you will have nowhere else to live. Animals have homes too. A bird’s home would be a nest, a bear’s home would be a cave, multiple animals have homes. All animals have homes. A home is a place where you live, but it does not have to be a house. A home can be a special place you like to sleep or live in. A home is more than a habitat for humans, it is where kindness lives the most.
