Home Ice Advantage

Most people think of home as the place they live in. My home is the rink. Hockey is my passion. The rink is my home - I'm always there skating around with my teammates, new ones every year. On the ice I form new friendships and bonds, passing the puck around, winning all our games with the roar of the crowd. Shooting and scoring, teamwork and passion, digging hard on the ice making sure of victory is ours. Making the big time in a blink of an eye. Now I am here in the NHL and I have made the big time because of my home the rink. I am proud of myself, so is my family, my friends, my coaches who all support me through this big journey. Finally I am here.
