Home To Me

Home to me is my house but it doesn’t always have to be a house. Some people think it’s a feeling. For others it’s a country, and the list goes on and on. Home to me is both a place and a feeling. It is a place where I feel safe. It is the feeling of love. Home is a safe place, I am always at home with my parents or any family member, so I always feel safe when I am home. Being with my family makes me feel safe because if anything happens, my family is right by my side all the time. Additionally, I feel safe at home because home is a shelter to me and it protects me from a lot of bad things that can happen. I have walls, a door with a lock and a roof over my head. They help in that matter to stop anyone from breaking in. Home is also safe because it is a place I stay in most of the time, and nothing has happened to me which means it most likely won't in the future. I think that everyone should feel safe in their home. There should be no reason for you to not feel safe in your own home. Home remains a safe place for me because of these reasons. Home is love and happiness to me because I always laugh and have a good time with my brother. When I am home, I always hear m brother shouting and screaming because he lost a Valorant game. It is really annoying but it makes me laugh and feel at home. I feel at home when I have a good time with my family and spend time with them. Many people think that home and house are the same because their home is their house. Home could be different from house sometimes, you can have two homes or more! To me and many others, home is filled with love. My family is always at home, so it is always filled with love. Some people think home is never filled with love, and that is okay. Anyone can still be happy without love and have a great time. No matter where home is, whether it is a house, a feeling or people around you, it should be a place of love, happiness and safety. This is what home means to me.
