A Home to All
“Good day rookie!" Phoenix’s new boss said in an Australian accent.
“Morning sir, I'm ready to start my deliveries!’ Phoenix said with an enthusiastic look.
“Righto mate, I will set you up with your routes and you'll be on your way!” Soon Phoenix was on his motorcycle off to a nearby neighborhood called Sunny dale. Phoenix lived there and it is still yet to be called home.
As he was driving to his destination a big gust of wind hit him. Finally, he made it to Mrs. Feline's house, he had to deliver a letter from their son who had recently disappeared. So, Phoenix looked through his bag for the letter, and it wasn't there! After looking all around he found it hanging from the branch of one of the trees and without hesitation Phoenix sprinted to it and tried to knock it off. The letter came loose and was about to fall into his hands before another gust of wind came blowing the letter to Mrs. Feline's porch. Phoenix bumped into her resulting in them both falling to the ground.
“What are you doing at my porch at such a late hour?’ she yelled.
“I'm sorry miss I've come to deliver this letter to you.” She opened the letter, and it read: dear mom, I've run away to dad's house when he moved. So, if you're looking for me, at my real home. At this point she cried enough to make phoenix cry too, so he drove to his house.
This whole time one thing was on his mind, his mom's birthday! Recently he's been trying to find a flight to his home country, but nothing came up. Phoenix heard a knock on his door and after opening it his mom was there! “I'm truly home.”
