The Differences of a House to a Home
A house may have four walls and a roof, but a home has love and family.
Your house may have your bed, but a home has laughter. A house might have your hockey equipment, but not your joy and happiness. A house can have your t.v. or your favorite toy, but a home has people who will always help you. Not everyone has or had a house but everyone's had a place to call home. You can be loved in a house, but you won't be shoved in a home. You can have a dog in your house, but in a home your dog is family. You have your bike in your house, but your family that helped you learn to ride your bike is in your home. A home might have video games, but your home has people to play your video games with.
People can build a house, but a family makes it a home. Thanks to Habitat for Humanity for this opportunity and helping others so they can have a home.
