Home is Where the Heart Is

Home is where the heart is. When I step in the door, I know I will feel the love I felt many times before. Home is where the heart is. Deep from the core, I know I will feel the embrace that my nurturing family stores. Home is where the heart is. When I sleep at night, I am grateful for the warmth and to be able to be tucked up tight. Home is where the heart is. Everywhere in sight, I see the overwhelming beaming of my families light. Home is where the heart is. I’m happy to be able to eat the food my family makes that won’t be beat. Home is where the heart is. Every night at dinner, I take a seat, eat it up, then rest my feet. Home is where the heart is. Thank you very much Habitat for Humanity to provide a safe and warm home for those in need. After all, home is always where the heart is.
