Home

When you think of home you might think of your house and your bedroom but when I think of home I think of my family, my friends, my pets, and some places that feel like home. I could be at the park with my family everyday. That makes me feel like home being around the people that care about me and the people I care about. Some people may be less fortunate than others and can't afford a house but maybe the homeless shelter or the streets to them feels like home. People may say that school is their home away from home and that's totally understandable so the next time you criticize their opinion just think that school may be their only place that feels like home to them. For some people sometimes their house doesn't feel the safest or the nicest place and that's okay. Sometimes, I just want to get away from my house and go somewhere that feels more like home.
