My meaning of home
There are many ways that different people call home but this is what home means to me.
A house is a structure with a roof and walls. A house can have nice furniture and it looks great. Although you can buy a house, you cannot buy a home even with all your money. A home is where happiness, laughter and memories are made. A home is where you feel comfortable, its a safe environment, and you always feel welcome there. When you walk in and you feel warmth inside, you know you’re at home. I feel at home wherever my family and my friends are. Home is where you’re happy, and you love being there. To me, a home is more than a place to live, it’s a place that holds memories and I can be myself and always feel comfortable. Everyone thinks of home differently. Some may say it’s a place of happiness while others say a place to be themself. In conclusion, home is where you grow, feel wonderful and always love being there.
Thank you to Habitat for Humanity for doing this for the people that haven’t gotten the chance to feel the amazing feeling of home.
