The Meaning of Home

People say a home and a house are the same thing but I think they are not the same. Home is not just a place. A house is just a place, a house is just a couple of walls and some windows but a home is more than that. You don’t just live in a home you can sleep in it, eat in it, and play in it. In a home, you wake up to the beautiful smell of breakfast and see the flowers out your window and your childhood swing. A home you have your family and pets. A house is an empty place that you are standing in. A home is filled with love in the air. In a home, you have some unique memories or some sad or funny memories you share your feelings with your family. Home is where you feel loved and be yourself and not judged. A home does not have to be big or have a big yard. A home might be small and it does not need to be perfect on the outside. All that matters is the people who are inside with you. A house is just the beginning, a home is what's next. Everyone needs a home!
