The Meaning of Home

How might a house/ building become a home? I think that a building becomes a house and a house becomes a home. My home is important to me because I feel safe and loved in my home. I think everyone deserves a home because it is one thing that you need to survive. And it is not fair to the people that don't have a home. And the people that don't have a home feel sad, mad, not loved and not cared for. I think the real meaning of home is that everyone is loved, cared about, kind and happy. That is what I think is the true meaning of home. A house is not a home without family. Family keeps you company when you're sad. They take care of you when you're sick. And when you are mad they give you time and wait for you to be happy. If you are not acting like yourself they will notice and ask “are you ok you have not been acting like yourself and make sure you are ok or who are you trying to act like and why. If you need someone to hang out with you have your family. They will always be by your side no matter what. A house needs memories because when you get older you will be able to see all the memories that were created when you were younger. And you kids will be able to see what you did when you were younger and what inventions were there compared to the new inventions. And when you were younger you had to have drawn a picture at least once, show your kids your artwork and see what they say about it. Safe places in your home. I think a safe/comfy place in your home is good to have. A place where you can chill and read, a place you can be both happy and sad and cry happily or sadly. A place where you can be cozy and warm. It could be your room, in your room, in your living room or in a room somewhere in your home. Some people are homeless and don't have a home, not even a house. They probably feel sad, mad, lonely and not cared for. They need to feel love, happiness and feel good inside. I feel bad for them in the summer. It is so hot they are outside in the warm heat. And in the winter it is freezing and they will feel cold. If you were out in the warm heat you would get sunburnt imagen how many times they get sunburnt in the summer. And in the winter they probably get frostbite. I think everyone deserves a home because we are all humans and are no less important or more important than each other. We are all equally important. Treat people the way you want to be treated if you don't want to live in just a house, others may just be living in a house. That is why habitats of humanity are building homes for people all around canada. I think the real meaning of home is the love, hope, peace, happiness and the people you love and care about in your home. That is the true meaning of home. I think everyone deserves a home because everyone needs to feel safe and loved. If they don't they won't feel loved and they will be sad and feel like they are not good enough. My home is important to me because of all the memories me and my family created. I am so lucky to have a home and so many special things in my home.
