Not Just a House

Home is where I live, sleep and eat. But is that really home? Home is not just a place where I live, it's a place where I thrive. I feel comfortable at home, hearing the birds chirping outside. Home is not just a house, it's my happy place. It's where I don't have to race and be nervous. Home is where I see my family and friends. Home is a special place. Home is not a place that conceals me like a case, It lets me be me. Home could be old or new, Home can be bold and blue, or you. Home is where I can play and have fun. It’s where I can run and run. Home makes me feel comfortable and safe. And I believe that it's real. Home is where I see my cats, roaming around the house It is their habitat, as it is mine. My room is where I feel comfortable to share how I feel, and it appeals to me I smell the aroma of my mother’s cooking, as she pulls out something metallic-looking. The kitchen is where I eat delicious meals.
